Rationale:
|
|
Approval of the District Master Contract and General Provision for Nonpublic, Nonsectarian School/Agency Services, as authorized by California Education Code 56157 and 56365-56366.7, and the authorization of the Superintendent or Designee to enter into such agreements, will allow the District to reach timely agreements with Nonpublic, Nonsectarian Schools/Agencies. These approved providers that hold the required certificates and licenses will be recommended by the Special Education Department and documented in a student Individualized Education Plan. AUSD has approved the Nonpublic, Nonsectarian School Agency Services Master Contract since 2014. |
