Rationale:
During the 2022-2023 fiscal year, the District advertised a request for proposal for District wide pest control services. California Pest Management's proposal was accepted and approved by the Board of Education on June 20, 2023. Approval of this agreement will continue to ensure the District is compliant with California Integrated Pest Management standards and provide a sanitary and pest-free workspace. AUSD has been in partnership with California Pest Management since June 2023.  
Budgetary Impact:
The cost, not to exceed $43,711, to be paid from Cafeteria and General Fund.  
Recommendation
It is recommended the Board of Education approve agreement between AUSD and California Pest Management.
