Rationale:
|
|
Azusa Unified School District (AUSD) was a member of the SGVSDSIA for Liability Protection, which has been dissolving since July 1, 2018. The Joint Powers Authority (JPA) is active and meets regularly to close out open claims. The JPA requires that a member district appoint a Board Representative and Board Alternate Representative. Latasha D. Jamal is appointed as the JPA Board Representative for the SGVSDSIA for Liability Protection. AUSD requests that Daniel Garcia and Melissa Vera be appointed the Board Alternate Representatives. |
