Rationale:
|
|
On December 3, 2024, the District formally requested bids from roofing contractors to replace the roof at GMS. Four bids were received and evaluated, with Best Contracting Services, Inc. emerging as the lowest bidder. Staff recommends awarding the bid to Best Contracting Services, Inc. Completing this project will enhance the longevity of the buildings at GMS. |
