Rationale:
|
|
The District plans to transform the multi-purpose room at Azusa High School East into a new theater space. KYA, the construction/design agency that also designed and constructed our current Board room, created the design layout and will complete the construction through an agreement negotiated under the Foundation for California Community Colleges Piggyback Contract. We have been working with KYA since 2022. |

The cost, not to exceed $918,424, to be paid from Captial Facilities Fund and Prop 28 funds. |
