Rationale:
|
|
AUSD is a member of the thirty (30) district San Gabriel Valley Cooperative Purchasing group. Every district within the group is responsible for annually rotating duties and soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP) for food service products. In the 2022-2023 school year, West Covina Unified School District solicited proposals for Pizza Delivery (RFP Number 01.2223) on behalf of the 30-member districts. The RFP specifications and conditions contain provisions to extend the contract for up to a total of three years, one year at a time, upon mutual agreement by both parties. AUSD will select to renew the contract with Southern California Pizza Co., LLC for the 3rd term starting July 1, 2024, through July 30, 2025. AUSD has been partnering with Southern California Pizza Co., LLC since August 2017. |
