Rationale:
|
|
The Division of the State Architect approves school construction plans and requires the District to demonstrate that the plans are implemented as approved. TGR Geotechnical, Inc. provides on-site observation and record-keeping to document that construction and geo-technical specifications, material testing, and soil reporting are met. TGR Geotechnical, Inc. has demonstrated satisfactory service in ensuring projects are built according to state-approved building standards. AUSD has been working with TGR Geotechnical, Inc. since 2019. |
