Rationale: Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander people continue to make the United States more vibrant through diversity of cultures, language and religions by contributing to the arts, education, law, science and technology, sports and public service, including those most recently who have served on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic as public health officials, health care providers, first responders, teachers, and other essential workers
