AHS students competed in the HOSA State Future Health Professionals Competition. Recent graduate Hector Hernandez received the Barbara James Community Award. This award recognizes students who are contributing members of their communities and perform volunteer community service hours related to health. AHS junior Jaedy Ontiveros placed 8th in the Medical Assistant category.
