Approval of Resolution #21-22.19.pdf
Rationale: All meetings of the Azusa Unified School District’s Board of Education are open and public, as required by the Ralph M. Brown Act (Cal. Gov. Code 54950 – 54963), so that any member of the public may attend, participate, and watch the Board of Education conduct their business. But due to the continued prevalence of highly-contagious COVID-19 variants, opening a physical meeting location to the public to hold in-person Board meetings at full capacity would present an imminent risk to health and safety of attendees given that members of the public are not required to be vaccinated in order to attend Board meetings.
