Rationale:
|
Mobile Zoo of Southern California, featuring farm animals, offers a unique, enriching, and hands-on learning experience for students. This initiative aligns with educational goals across multiple disciplines, enhances social-emotional learning, and fosters curiosity and empathy among students. Mobile Zoo of Southern California will set up a live exhibit that all Hodge Elementary School students can experience, fostering school community and peer interaction. AUSD has been working with Mobile Zoo of Southern California since 2015.
