FOCUS for the 2021-2022 School Year.pdf
Rationale: The District purchases office, classroom materials and supplies, equipment, and other related products to support student achievement throughout the course of the school year. The purchasing staff works diligently to ensure there is an adequate number of vendor resources that can meet the needs of school sites and administrative offices when seeking procurement options. Several factors are evaluated in the selection of vendor resources, which include, but are not limited to, cost, quality, availability, participatory fees, billing/payment terms, discounts, and rebates. District staff will ensure that the use of the FOCUS contract method is one of the most viable options when procuring office, classroom materials and supplies, equipment, and other related products.
Budgetary Impact: No budgetary impact.
Recommendation: It is recommended the Board of Education approve the FOCUS for the 2021-2022 school year.
