Rationale: Approval of this agreement will ensure compliance with California Interscholastic Federation regulations requiring certified medical personnel for basic care, prevention, and treatment of minor athletic injuries for organized athletic programs at AHS. Azusa Unified School District has worked with Casa Colina Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Services, Inc. since 2014.
Budgetary Impact: The cost, not to exceed $84,240, to be paid from General Fund.
Recommendation: It is recommended the Board of Education approve agreement between AHS and Casa Colina Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Services, Inc.
