Professional Tutors of America, Inc. provides services outlined in students' Individual Education Plans through a Non Public Agency under the authorization of Education Code Sections 56167 and 56366.6. Professional Tutors of America, Inc. is part of the Master Contract which has been approved by the Board of Education since 2014.
