Rationale:
|
The office of Dr. Pedro Olvera will provide assessments to meet the requirements of Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs). IEEs can be requested by parents as outlined in the East San Gabriel Valley Special Education Plan Area Parent’s Rights and Procedural Safeguards.

Budgetary Impact:
|
The cost, not to exceed $5,500, to be paid from Special Education funds.

It is recommended the Board of Education ratify/approve the consultant agreement between AUSD and Dr. Olvera Psychology.
