Rationale:
|
The consultants will work with teachers to develop Ethnic Studies course outlines to meet a-g requirements and aligned to State Standards and Social Justice Standards. The workshops will include developing unit and lesson planning for the course, as well as the implementation of Youth Participatory Action Research Projects. AUSD has been working with Ehecatl Wind Philosophies, LLC since 2021.

The cost of up to $72,400 will be paid from Educator Effectiveness Grant funding.
