Rationale:
|
Due to the recent vacancies of both Aeries and CALPADS staff positions, AUSD's Management Information Systems (MIS) has enlisted the services of Ms. Iliff to assist in the duties related to the 2021-2022 end of school year procedures, successful submission of reports required by the State for CALPADS certification, the 2022 Summer School rollover procedures, and to support the District in creating queries related to Aeries, CALPADS, CBEDS, and SEIS. Ms. Iliff will also provide support for the 2022-2023 school year to ensure a successful start of the academic year. Ms. Iliff will be providing services on an as-needed, hourly basis until the vacant positions can be filled.

The cost of the contract, not to exceed $57,500, will be paid from the general fund.
