Rationale:

Think Together, Inc. will provide learning program services for elementary non-instructional days in partnership with AUSD. AUSD has been working with Think Together, Inc. since 2013.

Budgetary Impact:

The cost, not to exceed $690,800, to be paid from Expanded Learning Opportunities Program funds.
