Rationale:

SEAL is designed to build the capacity of preschool and ETK teachers in using instructional strategies that promote powerful language acquisition and literacy skills for all students. SEAL professional learning is provided at no cost to AUSD as it is funded by a grant received by SEAL. AUSD has been working with SEAL since 2019.
