Rationale:
|
Options for Learning, the owner of the modular classroom located at Clifford Murray Elementary School at 505 E. Renwick Road, Azusa, 91702, approached the District to gauge interest in purchasing the modular for $1,500. The modular identification number is OSIF24936/decal # OCJ7152 and OSlF24937/decal # OCJ7153. The modular was installed on District property at the expense of Options for Learning with the understanding that when their operations (half-day and full-day preschool programs) have concluded, the unit(s) would be removed from District property at the owner’s expense. Options for Learning will transfer ownership in November 2021 with the approval of this purchase. The modular can be used as a meeting room, parent center, or allow District collaboration partners to utilize the space.
