Rationale:
|
EC 41301 and 42601 allow transfers initiated by the District from sufficient unappropriated fund balances. Should expenditures exceed budget appropriations for any major object classification, this permits the payment transfer of obligations by the Los Angeles County of Education to be processed. This comes to the Board of Education on an annual basis.
