First reading of amended AR and BP 5144.1 Suspension And Expulsion/Due Process; amended AR 5144.2 Suspension And Expulsion/Due Process (Students with Disabilities); amended AR and BP 5145.3 Nondiscrimination/Harassment; amended AR and BP 5145.7 Sex Discrimination And Sex-Based Harassment; amended AR and new E 5145.71-E(1) Title IX Sex Discrimination And Sex-Based Harassment Complaint Procedures; BP 5146 Married/Pregnant/Parenting Students; and amended BP 5147 Dropout Prevention ensures the District complies with legislation and recommendations of the California School Boards Association.
