Rationale:
|
The DBK Group, Inc. will provide consulting services to Henry Dalton Elementary School Classified and Certificated staff to facilitate a team building and effective communication retreat. This will result in a plan that creates a road map for where the school is headed, identifies processes for addressing organizational culture, and develops strategies to continue to build staff cohesion and trust.

Cost will be funded by LCAP and will not exceed $2,900.
