Rationale:
|
The Wild Wonders assembly will provide Murray Elementary students with critical thinking around life science. Using California science standards, students will learn about environmental and life science, increase vocabulary, and use math through a captivating and interactive format. Wild Wonders degreed staff will bring various live animals from around the globe to engage the learning process regarding wildlife, conservation and the importance of preservation. Wild Wonders first began visiting AUSD's campuses in 2022.

The cost, not to exceed $850, to be paid from Supplemental Concentration funds.
