Rationale:
|
On a yearly basis, for the past 31 years, the District recognizes outstanding teachers from each of our schools. Each site and department nominate a Teacher of the Year and each site selected Teacher of the Year participates in a selection process for the District Teacher of the Year. This year Kathleen Sahagian of Ellington TK-8 School is selected as the District's Teacher of the Year and candidate for the Los Angeles County regional selection process. School site Teacher of the Year nominees from participating sites are attached.
