Rationale: The District is looking to add new playground equipment to replace the equipment removed during the 2021-2022 school year at Dalton, Hodge, Lee, Murray, Paramount and Valleydale Elementary. The District will take advantage of preferred CMAS pricing for the material of the project. The payment term is Net 30 days upon District signed project completion certification and invoice.
Budgetary Impact: The cost, not to exceed $488,572, to be paid from County School Facility fund.
Recommendation: It is recommended the Board of Education approve the purchase agreement between AUSD and Pacific Play Systems, Inc.
