:
The District recommends that the Board of Education approve the immediate unpaid suspension and initiation of certificated dismissal proceedings pursuant to Education Code Section 44932 et seq. The District further recommends that the Board of Education delegate authority to the Superintendent, or designee, to issue all required legal notices.
