Rationale:

Certification and authorization of the 2024-2025 CARS application by the Board of Education is required to approve and affirm the participation of the District and receive funding in the following Consolidated Programs:
Title I, Part A (Basic Grant)
Title II, Part A (Supporting Effective Instruction)
Title III, English Learner
Title III, Immigrant
Title IV, Part A (Student Support)
CARS is approved annually by the Board of Education.
