Rationale:
|
Districts identified by the California Department of Education as significantly disproportionate are required to contract with an approved facilitator to develop, implement, and monitor a Programmatic Improvement Action Plan. Collaborative Learning Solutions will provide technical assistance and professional learning in the development, implementation, and monitoring of AUSD's Significant Disproportional Comprehensive Coordinated Early Intervening Services Plan. AUSD has been working with Collaborative Learning Solutions since 2020.

Budgetary Impact:
|
The cost, not to exceed $10,000, to be paid out of funding required to be set aside from Federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act under guidance for Districts identified as Significantly Disproportionate 34 CFR 300.646.

Recommendation:
