Rationale:
|
The office of Marlen Barbee will provide assessments to meet the requirements of Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE). IEEs can be requested by parents as outlined in the East San Gabriel Valley Special Education Plan Area Parental Rights and Procedural Safeguards. Marlen Barbee has provided services to AUSD since 2023.

The cost, not to exceed $6,500 per IEE, to be paid from Special Education funds.
