Rationale:
|
Approximately 150 Gladstone High School graduating seniors, with 15 staff chaperones, will attend the all-night Grad Night at Disney California Adventure, on Sunday, June 4, 2023, as a celebration of their graduation status. Students will leave Sunday, June 4, 2023, at 7:00 pm and will return Monday, June 5, 2023, by 3:30 am. District approved buses will provide transportation. Permission slips will be sent home for parent approval. Gladstone High School has been attending Grad Night celebrations since 2014.
Board of Education approval is necessary since the trip requires overnight travel.

The cost, approximately $140 per student, will be paid by the students.
