Fiscal Responsibility We manage our fiscal resources responsibly and align budget decisions with District goals and priorities. 5. Facilities Our facilities will be safe, clean, well-equipped, and maintained for learning and extra-curricular activities with state-of-the-art technology and multiple extra-curricular and co-curricular opportunities.

Rationale:
|
AUSD is in a multi-year Capital Facilities Program to address critical needs to improve the educational learning environment. It is important the Board of Education receive an update on the proposed projects to be completed and provide feedback. The attached proposed plan outlines projects that are associated with student safety, recommendations, and additional proposed upgrades.
