Rationale:
|
Jerry L. Turner Jr. will provide assessments to meet the requirements of the Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs). IEES can be requested by parents as outlined in the east San Gabriel Valley Special Education Plan Area Parent’s Rights and Procedural Safeguards. This is the first time AUSD is working with Jerry L. Turner Jr.

The cost, not to exceed $5,900 per IEE, to be paid from Special Education funds.
