Rationale:
|
On April 10, 2022, the Board of Education approved the agreement for auditing services in accordance with general accounting office standards for financial and compliance audits.
The remaining two years will include services in accordance with Education Code Section 41020(f) (2), those related to GASB 34, GASB 87, and significant changes to State compliance. Audit services will include all school District funds and will be paid from the General Fund. Separately, auditors will audit the Bond Fund, and these fees will be paid from Measure K funds.
The District has worked with Harshwal since 2022.

The cost, not to exceed $80,852, to be paid from the General Fund and the Bond Fund.
