Rationale: On August 8, 2023, the Board of Education received the final report of Azusa Unified School District Facilities Advisory (7-11) Committee with findings and recommendations; and, the Board of Education also approved a resolution declaring real properties as surplus. The Board of Education will now begin the process of determining what to do with the surplus property. Our legal firm, Fagen Friedman and Fulfrost, and our development consultants, DCG Strategies, will be present to facilitate the discussion.
