Rationale:
|
|
The consultant will support Elementary and Secondary teachers with professional development on effective literacy instruction delivered through in-person, side-by-side coaching, Zoom, or meetings, as determined by need. The consultant was selected to provide professional development services based on her specialized skills and prior experiences in working with diverse learners. Dr. Akhavan began working with AUSD in 2021 through our collaborative work with California Education Partners. |
