Rationale:
|
Approval of the lease agreement between AUSD and Options for Learning will allow for the continued operation of Options preschool and child care programs on leased land at the following sites:
- Ellington School
- Paramount Elementary School
- Valleydale Elementary School
- Azusa High School
|

Budgetary Impact:
|
Annual rental fees in accordance with the lease is $1.00 per year per school site and all utility costs to be paid by Options for Learning.

Recommendation:

It is recommended the Board of Edcuation ratify/approve the amended and restated lease agreement bewteen AUSD and Options for Learning.
