Rationale:
|
The District finds it necessary to reduce or discontinue the number of classified employees due to a lack of work and/or a lack of funds. The resolution is authorized by Education Code 45114, 45117, 45298, and 45308 for classified employees. A written notice to the employees will be delivered on or before March 15, 2023.
