Rationale:
|
The consultant will manage completion of tasks involving AUSD school reorganization to ensure tasks are prioritized and completed prior to the start of the 2023-2024 school year. The consultant will report to the superintendent and collaborate with District and school site staff to prioritize and complete assigned school reorganization tasks and logistics. School reorganization tasks and logistics include the transference and distribution of instructional and extracurricular materials and school site supplies; technology; textbooks and library books; equipment; office supplies; and furniture. The consultant will provide the superintendent with weekly updates and assist with facilitating school reorganization team meetings.

The cost, not to exceed $10,000, to be paid from LCAP carryover funds.
